The Process

1. Discuss and agree on the concept, pricing, and estimated deadline
   
2. Initial payment is sent to place the order and have sketch started.
   
3. Sketch is sent to client for feedback and approval.
   
4. Final image based on feedback.
   
5. Remaining amount is payed.
   
6. Once final payment is received, file will be uploaded and sent.

I do not offer refunds once I start
and or after I finish.

Woah, did not expect that! I'm terribly sorry that this happened to you. You might need to PM him to negotiate with him, but chances are, you'll be forced to create a scam report.

TLDR: I didn't sell it. It was a misunderstanding, and I apologize.

Hello, terribly sorry for the late reply I took some time off and am back. Glad you didn't submit a scam report while I was gone.

Anyways, I'm terrible sorry for this mess of a situation. I certainly didn't intend for things to turn out this way, but let me offer an explanation to make the situation clear. I was contacted by a user claiming that he was buying the server from you and that he had your permission to contact me to make changes. I was naive for taking his word for it, but I didn't sell it / share the file.

I did however upload into my deviantart stash incase this deal was to go through. The deal didn't go through, so I didn't give him the link, hence the 0 downloads on the file's page.

I did however include it in my thread design by mistake, which is the picture you have against me. I mistook it for the one I made for you, which is why it's on the thread design. Again, I did not release the other file or sell it. I won't

Anyways here are the full skype chat log I had with the other user. Take note that the deal never went through, and the only image I sent was a progress pic, not the full-sized original file with a transparent background.
