I'm in need of someone that knows what they are doing and help me setup AnimatedNames faction relation for the username just like cosmicpvp nametags.

Sorry to say that but AnimatedNames doesn't support relation placeholders (its not mentioned in the plugin's features in the plugin page, and someone in the review section said it doesn't)
Not all plugins support relation placeholders so u can't do that with AnimatedNames.
Maybe cosmicpvp has a custom plugin or something, anyway try asking the dev to add this feature, he always offer help in spigot threads.
