Alright, i'm basically thinking out loud here, I haven't thought this through 100 percent, so just hear me out and let me know what you think of it. Essentially, this would be in form of a website or discord server. People pay a low amount of money for different plans monthly, that insure different types of scams and different amounts of money. Scams only over a certain amount of money will be accepted, not those for a couple dollars. Lot's of proof will be required to avoid any possible scams (ironic). Do you think it would work, at all? Like I said this is just me thinking out loud.

Well to start off you got too low rep to be trusted with something like this (not trying to be rude here, just honest). Your next issue is your going to have fake scammers, they will get you all the evidence of being scammed, get the insurance and then pocket it and run. Your next issue is people will just go first in every transaction, why not if they get reimbursed if it fails and if it goes through they get a deal that the rest of us won't. Also, this issue already has a solution, its middlemen. If your scared of getting scammed, use one, middleman exit scams are rare. Finally, if someone gets scammed for a big amount, you would be liable for that or you bet your going to be put up on trial. Though in theory it would work, and I might even buy some insurance, its not sustainable.
