Scam or nah.

What do you guys think, scam or nah:

This youtuber has a channel with more than 250K subs and he's willing to upload a video about my server on his second channel which has 10K subs and I'm just not sure if he's trying to scam me or just doesn't want me to pay in parts for some reason. What do you guys think? Can any one think of a reason why he doesn't want me to pay in parts?

Just have to call Paypal.

That helps, but you don't necessarily need to call PayPal.

Probably a scam, even if it's not you shouldn't be dealing with people like that. But it seems you have a pretty solid plan of action in case things do go wrong.
