I was looking around on YouTube for a while looking for people willing to "Trade" accounts, I commented on many videos because I thought I had a good enough account to be trading for what I'm looking for. I've always wanted an account with the Sparkle Specialist skin, AC/DC Harvesting tool, The Floss Emote and the Get Down! Glider, It's my favorite set of cosmetics and I did infact play back in Season 2 with the Christmas update but unfortunately I was sort of a noob, not really into the game a lot and didn't even know what the battle pass was so I completely missed out on any of the items, Only really got into the swing of things mid way through Season 3 and did complete the Battle Pass. Anyway I commented saying that I had an offer for his account and we DM'd on Instagram, Previously before this I talked to a guy with a worse account but willing to trade, He wanted me to send him all of my Gmail // Epic Games information and then he'd give me his, He refused to let me log into the Gmail or Epic games account and refused to use a Middleman or even reason with me so I completely stopped responding to him and that's what we kind of talked about for a bit, He wanted to know my offer so I sent him screenshots of my locker and what I had on my account, There were a couple skins he did not have such as Cuddle Team Leader and Snorkel Ops, He had Sparkle Specialist, Black Knight and all of the stuff that I was basically looking for. He wanted my account and said it wasn't bad because I had a lot of great female skins that he would like and he was really interested in Cuddle Team Leader. He offered to trade under the condition that I payed him an extra $20. I assured him that I did not have the money to do that and that we could just use a Middleman, He had a Middleman that he knew, He apparently was a "G2A Official" It seemed legit and he was acting really professional and it was super believable, I was dumb enough to sort of fall for it and actually go through with the trade, He was obviously super busy as being a well known Middleman in a certain community so it it did take a bit to get a response after things got going, He was checking if all my stuff was legit and I was removing payment options and unlinking Twitch prime, After all mine was done he was speaking with the other guy and was getting his stuff all set up like removing 2 Step Verification and changing all the passwords, I did in fact know the date of the account creation so I could reset the password but after he did that he linked a couple gmails and I think a phone number because I had to remove my moms one as I don't have a use for data or a number. Everything was going good and he said he had it all ready to trade but he was a bit busy on G2A. Just as we were about to trade the other guy said "I'm going to hit the sack, It's a bit late for me" I asked what time and he said around 1AM and he left, I tried to reason with the Middleman saying that we could go through with the trade and he will wake up to the information, I soon figured out that I could not reset my gmail password and that I was basically screwed, He was acting very professional about everything saying that he could not do that until the other client was awake and I was very paranoid, I was freaking out at this point and asked him to prove that he was a G2A Official and he sent me the reciept or payment recieved from the exact guy on the G2A website so I believed it and everything was good, I thought that I'd recieve the account tomorrow and that everything was going to be good but I checked the video to see what was going on because I was still a bit worried and I saw that people still commented and he responded to a comment an hour ago and I tried to text him.. No answer and the Middleman was obviously off at this point because at the time of the supposite "Trade" It was around 8PM for him so I let it be and he must have gotten off or went to sleep. I tried texting them all the time but no response as both have gotten off and he always assured me that it wasn't a scam and I think if he did scam me that he wouldn't be still pretending to be a G2A Official and would have left with my account which kind of brings me to think that I have a little bit of hope left, I've started a case about 20 minutes ago about my account recovery and I think my phone number somehow is still linked with it because the last 2 numbers are the same as the one that I had before, It could be a coincidence but I hope not. I know all the information about the account, Creation date, Date of birth on it, First and last name so I should hear back from them in 1-3 Business hours and I hope that goes well, I'd like to know what you guys think about this will I get the account tomorrow or did I get scammed? I'm super sad because I spent a lot of time and money on that account and I can't even afford $1 and I'd probably quit gaming forever and I honestly don't know what I'd do with my life because I can't get a job or anything can't do anything with my life yet.
