Ok so how it would work is people could send money to mcm as “collateral” for if they scammed.

And in the case they do the money goes to the scammed victim.

For example someone could add 10$ to this balance thing for a month and anyone scammed during this time which was found in their favor would receive this amount of money. This would give some sort of way for scammed victims to get some money.

Why would anyone let mcm have their money lmao?
I’d put 10$ out so that if I’m selling something small, I don’t have to wait for middleman or something like that. And you’d get it back at the end of however long you put it in for.

This makes 0 sense. Just pay more money to MCM to get the money you already had back? Is that what you’re saying? That’s what it seems like at least..

You pay money to mcm which they hold for however long. If someone is scammed by you during this time mc market can give money to the user who was scammed. If not the money would be returned back to you.

It’s like collateral, if you go out on bond you can put your car up so that if you scam they can take your car. If you don’t scam then everything is fine and you keep your car.

And if no one pays money to MCM? (aka the scammer, because why would they?) Nothing would happened, just the same as now.

Sorry, but this is a useless feature.[DOUBLEPOST=1562825204][/DOUBLEPOST]

Like if someone was planning on scamming, they wouldn’t put money into this.

So you’re saying that the seller should put say $100 into this, get payed $100, then wait to get their $100 back from MCM? Completely unnecessary, easily could be faked, and would waste loads of time.

Yes nothing would happen if they don’t do it? How is that relevant?

As you said the scammer would not do it which could help people that might’ve thought of buying something from the scammer. Say you were buying something for 1-10$ no one wanted to pay for middleman fees and he didn’t want to go first. A lot of people would be turned off. But with this you know that if he scams you’ll get your money and if no one scams he keeps his money.

It wastes time, not worth adding.

Also, say the person after receiving the account charges back. Bam, the system was easily foiled, and the person is out of the money still, and their time was wasted.

Mcm would win most chargebacks as they’re a company and would make them sign a terms of service.

I don’t think you realize how much of a waste of time this really is.

Whatever, good luck.

This is not meant for one account deals but instead people who sell tons of semis, options capes, and cheap services. This will add credibility to them.

Last thing I’m saying as I forgot.

This would and easily could get your PayPal account limited as you’re sending say $100 to someone,[DOUBLEPOST=1562825647][/DOUBLEPOST]

I would understand if mcm was like a middleman in a way but could be bypasses so much. Not really worth the time of the devs and stuff to make something like I just described or what you just said.

You shouldn’t use PayPal if your not the age, your fault you know the risks. And as I said not meant for those type of people.

Bad idea. People can make an alt and fake getting scammed in order to receive money.

????
If you’re of age to use it, you can still get it limited for, “suspicious activity.”

The only way it could be bypassed is through chargebacks, as a big company like mcm they win most chargebacks if they can prove they have actually agreed to some sort of terms of service.[DOUBLEPOST=1562825907][/DOUBLEPOST]

I’ve done over 1k in one day and a lot of purchases over 100 multiple days in a row without being limited. And I don’t think you can if you’re from the same location and device as usual.

Its not worth the time and it would be useless because no one would ever put money into their account. What stops someone from making a deal over discord? There is no way to enforce it and it would be a feature maybe 0.01% of the market uses.

Mcm can check for alts. And it would be getting money off themselves?[DOUBLEPOST=1562825983][/DOUBLEPOST]

I doubt only 1/1000 would use it. And wdym there is no way to enforce it. Deals happen over discord all the time and people are still banned here for scamming.
