Scam Report Should be Public Always.

What i'm trying to say is, once you open a scam report, don't let it be in moderation for ages, just let it be public istantly, so first of all people will notice about the scammer, and it will be more easy to solve it, cause if a guy blatantly scammed, there's no need to wait 1 month and then ban him lol, this is the best way to decrease scam reports on back end.

There's been many cases where people have recorded their log-in details, personal emails, bank transactions, CCN, etc. If the scam reports were automatically public, these would be public as well, resulting in a lot of hacked accounts resulting from a poor choice on MCM's side.

I disagree, I believe there should be a dedicated role to allowing scam reports, and assigning them to a scam resolver rather then the actual scam resolver doing so. Therefor they´ll get resolved alot faster, and it´ll create alot more protection to the sellers + buyers on this site.

i don't really think you need an entire role for such a simple job

It´s so simple, but what we have is not working, we need to offer a suggestion that´ll help the community.

We could just get more scam resolvers. Since I believe scam resolvers are promoted from moderators, and mods from chat mods, the new chat mods we've gotten recently could soon turn into scam resolvers, which would allow the process to move much faster.

It's very easy to tell Mick to hire some more scam resolver but the requirements and skillset you need to become one are extraordinarily high

yes, but the users of the website making bad choices doesn't mean their info should be leaked
if it can be easily prevented, then it will be prevented

Instead of implementing this we have instead custom developed a new tab on users profiles showing the history of scam reports against them, including any scam reports pending moderation so you can see if a scam report has been made against someone even if you can't actually see the content just yet. Having this tab on users profiles will make deals easier as you will have all information about previous reports to know who you're dealing with a bit better and I think that it is a good compromise.
