Scam reports removal [READ BEFORE REACT]

Before reacting please read carefully till the end.

It is kinda annoying when somebody searches your name and the first thing they see is the scam reports against you.
That shouldn't be the first thing they see, it gives bad first impression.

When you meet new people in life, you do not ask them what they did or what happened in their past, in order to give you impression about them.
You meet them the way they are right now and not what happened before.

Same should be on this market.
So I am suggesting for closed scam reports that are older than 6 months or maybe 12 months (expiration can be discussed) should have been moved to achieve where normal users would not be able to see.

Before reacting AGREE let me know with what you agree or what would you change (if you would).
Before reacting DISAGREE let me know what would you change then to be agreed on.

I agree, the same goes to the warnings. They should also dissapeared after a long period of time. It gives a bad impression even thought you can't hide your faults.

EDIT: The last sentence is about the warnings NOT about scam reports.

You are wrong.

Let's say there is a crime, you are a suspicion that you are killer(suspicion=opened scam report).
And then you prove you are innocent(innocent=closed scam report).

How is that a criminal?

It's same as your criminal example, if you have proved you are innocent then obviously doesn't mean anything. Right?

If any person has any common sense whatsoever, people won't judge based on open Scam Reports, and any prior ones, they'll have read through.

If they judge you based on a limited view, you shouldn't deal with them at all.

Exactly what I am trying to suggest, did you even read the post?
For some people this do mean something and then they are suspicious about it, that's why I am trying to make closed scam reports removed.

You don't get public criminal records for being wrongly accused or convicted of a crime.
Those criminal records are then removed from the database, as they're not valid.

Similarly, I believe invalid scam reports should be removed on a user. Or simply put a "Not Guilty" prefix of some sort on the scam report so that people can simply see that the scam report is false, and therefore not worthy of any attention.

I believe unwarranted scam reports cause unwarranted negative attention, and they should be removed.

Criminal records list all interactions with law enforcement in which you witness, commit, or are an accessory to a POTENTIAL crime. There is a way to seal those, though, and that's why OP is saying it should exist here. You have to go through a long and lengthy process, though.

"should" but sometimes people don't. Which "should" cannot guarantee that closed scam report won't ruin anything..
