I’m making this thread as this deal involved a large sum of money that I really need.

A month back I purchased from this reputable user on the market a cape , semi account. Spores is its IGN, 2015 cape known yt.

He didn’t provide buyers protection whatsoever, but he assured that the account wouldn’t be pulled as he recorded spores himself delete the dispute link. However, just a week after the purchased the account was pulled via tid, or other alternative methods.

The user I purchased from refuses to give a refund as he is currently “broke”. However, I saw him bidding on some accounts and when I questioned him he said “ dude that’s my personal money”

Yes, I did verify that the account was pulled back.

He lied about the account, therefore it should be classified as scamming.

He did state, "I can assure you the account won't be pulled back". If you have a screenshot of that message from him, then you're in the clear. Although he didn't offer buyers protection, he still did. Because he said that it wouldn't be pulled, and it did. Therefor if he doesn't pay what was scammed, he'll be banned.

its not like he talked to him with the intention of the owner pulling it and taking his money, its just a debate in which no one wants to take the fall for the OG owner scamming

The seller didn't provide any buyer protection, he assumed the account wouldn't get pulled but never said that if it does you get a refund.

If he recorded the deletion of the dispute link, that means he has the link saved, just as in video. Could’ve disputed it that way, could he not?
