Scam?

So, today i was trying to sell an account for 100$ to Redeveloping I've tried dealing with him since 16th this month and timezones has been a big issue for us then yesterday then we were gonna use a MM he wanted to use someone called david on discord and apparently Fox on here or so but he took fees so Redeveloping thought since it's 10$ fees he should only pay 90$ instead of the 100$ we agreed on which i then said no to use MM then i went first Yesterday at 10 pm - 12 am then i went first and he said he couldn't pp me the money and and he had to call the bank i asked for the pass to OGE back and he just avoided question so i disputed the account today to the previous email but everything is fine now ig just that he nearly scammed me

He said he'd get it locked if i take OGE away from him which is on chearfuls email service so i told Asa about it

Earlier when i disputed he said he'd get it back and such

Would this be taken as scam and should i make report?
Everything is fine now except i nearly got my ass scammed.

But, i said no to MM since Redeveloping thought that since he requests MM and Fox needed mm fees that the price would be 90$ for the account instead of 100$ that we agreed on since he had to pay the fees since he requested it which he didn't really understand either he wanted me to pay fees when he wanted mm lol
