Scammed $120 Need help with a few things

Hello, A user has scammed me $120 and now im broke. The deal was to make and configure an OP-Prison server. I have filed a scam report on him but im going to have to attempt to build the server myself. He is a well known scumbag to my playerbase. I was seeing if i could pay someone some money to do some small bad looking builds and maybe a feather-board config for prison for $2?

Use Async worldedit plugin, this makes the Schem load slower so the server wont Crash.

Codex did some work but all he did was configure plugins that i could have done and he downloaded spawns. Yeah, he is a great guy and all. *Sarcasm* i filed a scam report on him with proof.
