I never thought that this would would happen, but it has. Some of you may have heard about my loan service. A few weeks ago, a user by the name of Jass contacted me for a loan. We agreed that he woyld repay the $65 loan with his thread design and his account. Fast forward a few days, I ask him about his thread and he is not responding. I know he didn't block me, but for some reason he is not responding. I dispute the payment, after multiple warnings. He is not responding, so I thought I would get my money back. Paypal then sends me an email saying my case isnt covered by their protection. As of right now, I am closing down my business until further notice. I was going to make a scam report but both of his accs are banned on mcm. What do I do know?

I would suggest charging back, and moving on from there. Show proof he is banned on the site you were working with, and you should be fine... You'll wait around 1 week + to get your money back.

I recommend against using loans as your main source of income. The only thing that makes loans different from gambling on a person's reliability is legal ramifications and rights, and those aren't really a thing. Basically you're betting if the person would find the amount they're loaning worth it to get banned
One thing you COULD do is demand something of equal value to the loan as collateral. Don't accept accounts or other things that could be easily taken back, but if they do something like give you a build or a map, you could sell that to make the money back.
Really though, dont use loans as main source of income. Use it to make some extra profit on the side of whatever your main income is. you said you're a student? Is that highschool or college? if the latter, what direction?
