Scammed by Reckless need help with Factions

Hello, Today someone on McMarket with high Rep called Reckless said to me I will config your server with custom plugins, advertise it and get you YouTubers for $25 I said ok. I said how long will this take and he said few hours. I came back 2 hours later and found out he took my plugins, deleted it. Deleted my spawn and got my IP, Home Address and name thanks to WhoIS and know he is threatening me on Skype. Saying he will come to my house knock me out and rape my mum ect. Also he got my number and said his gonna use my number on stuff and order me a Pizza. Anyway need help with my server just wasted 2 weeks of work into my server and now its all gone. Just looked into all of this, guessing Errota is busy.

Firstly, I'd just love to state how everyone just jumps to cursing each other out, and all this other garbage. I expect better from each and everyone of you to handle this like mature users, not little girls.

Second, there is literally no proof anywhere except for one screenshot which does show threatening but only from one side.

Third, I love how everyone guards up themselves with vouches - When there's a scam report on you, who cares if you have 100, 200, or 5k ratings? Ratings literally don't matter at all when coming to reports, anyone can scam at any given time. What matters is the proof, the witnesses, and the investigation that will be judging a punishment.

There's been enough proof in my opinion. Reckless admitted he deleted/destroyed a server via skype. M6Gaming I don't care how one sided it is, Reckless destroying another persons server here is pretty fucked up.

PurpleEclipse I suggest you post proof of his threats about coming to your house, and all that.

Even on HackForums users aren't allowed to dox or do shit like this to other users, their account gets repfucked and closed.

Only action will be taken if PurpleEclipse can show where they agreed to the deal. If there was no deal and the user did give him "OP" as said in the first few posts, MCM has nothing to do with it.

What do you mean if it's only 'one sided', we have to hear both sides and reasoning before making a decision. Do you know the truth behind it? Were you a witness right in the middle? If so, that's when this case gets somewhere.

Right now: Same threats, same arguments. If PurpleEclipse has everything ready, he'll post a scam report. It's as simple as that.
