Hi there, I got scammed $250, I bought a account for a game on my phone, The account was banned from the game (Found out after I bought it), The person who sold me the account blocked me on discord.. I paid thru G&S, Anyone who can help me win the chargeback?

This is a simple situation - Simply open an “item not described” dispute on paypal, ask for a refund, and copy paste the following sentence.

“The item I received from the seller is not as described and unusable in its current state. I have tried to contact the seller, who made it clear to me this was a fraudulent transaction. I am now requesting a full refund as I am in no way able to use this item as is.”

You do not need to include specifics about the transaction, you can link a MCM thread as a description of the item if you so choose. You do not need to upload any documentation. Immediately escalate the dispute to paypal, in your note to them, include that paragraph.
