Scammed need help!

So I basically got scammed $40 by Charlottex, I need some help with a message to write as a charge back so I can get my money back - was G&S so should be simple? I am really scared

If they are on MC-Market, open a scam report, and if you sent as friends and family you cannot get your money back, as its their new fraud protection.

Scam report opened. Money was sent via Goods And Services so I think I should be able to get the money back somehow

Go to your transaction's and open a dispute, if you put good reasoning behind it, you should be able to get your money back.

That's what I need help with, writing a reason behind it. I don't want it to get closed and not be able to get my money back

I can't help you with that, as I truly do not understand the full story as (no offense) you could be lieing to me.

I have sent a message to the scammer via paypal via the resolution centre. Ill see what happens next

If that fails just try calling PayPal and explaining the situation to someone over the phone that might help

I've heard if you keep at it they will eventually refund you, is that correct?
