I got added by a user. He stated that he wanted a Website and logo designed for him. He said he would pay me $95 for all the art and i said this is too high, so i offered $40 for the site, and $30 for all the art. He was happy about the lower price and i fought it was a lot more reasonable.
I started creating the site, to his specification. He was messaging me every 2 minutes asking for updates, even though i had just started setting up the file structure and started coding. I had done a lot of the HTML, not really started much of the CSS yet, but still the customer was being rude and asking for an update. I eventually gave in and used GyazoGif to make an animation of the website scrolling down so he could see. Obviously it had been about 20 mins and i hadn't added much text or styling. When he saw it he went absolutely mental and flipped out, saying it looked nothing like what he wanted. I stated that i hadn't added styling and he said "oh phew." Under 1 minute later, he started spamming me that he wants a refund, how he "CAN not take this anymore." He then continued to say refund me, and gave me no time to do so. He called me a scammer and how "i do not see the money.." and then "bye!" all within a minute.
He then goes on to say he wants to help with making the site, and i agree. I continue with the website for a bit longer. He then asks for my gmail, says "bye." and "your blocked.", "you rude like crazy." and removes me on Skype. He also removes my permission to look at the file he created for how he wanted the website. I don't know what to do?
I offered a 50% refund as i do in situations where the art/work isn't completed, but he hasn't replied. I did spend time on it, i also planned out the logo. He was quite rude to me, which i can take, but he wasted my time, when i have other projects i need to work on. If he doesn't want the 50% then i am just going to send it to a charity (Charity for SMA Type 1)
