Scammer or Nah?

Ok so i had a post up saying that I was trying to buy a prison server with A,B,C,D mines.So later I get a message from Gecko, saying he had one for me but i saw some scam reports on him saying that he scammed a few people. So basically I am just wondering if this is a scam or not. Also reply saying if he did scam you.
