Honestly, if it isn't listed in the rules, then technically no one can be banned from it. If you have laws, you can enforce them. You can't just randomly ban people for no reason, or bend the rules.

...It's a given that scamming would be against the rules on a MARKET forum. Like wat.
That's like saying, Oh this guy committed some degree of murder but he shouldn't be put in jail because it wasn't stated in the law.
