Scar suspended and not perma banned?

Scar gave out backdoored items and was suspended and not permanently banned? If this was any other user, they would be permanently banned. This is setting a precedent for other users... Now people can just say it was an accident or a "security feature".

Why was the thread removed?

Also I wonder why his ban doesn't show up on the ban list at all? You can check temporary or permanent. This is some shady bullshit MCM.

I know about the whole Andromeda situation. Maybe there is a reason why Scar was suspended? If not then it's not fair how he got a temp banned and JavaEE got perma.

Even if it was an accident, it's setting a precedent for future situations like this. I know for a fact that at least one person was ETBd on their SoTW and lost money.

Saw this earlier today and was going to ban him when I got home but saw he had been suspended so I thought he was already dealt with.

A different moderator gave him a 35 point preset warning for malicious content in a resource.

That is the typical protocol, however in this case it's clear that he did this on purpose and went as far as to lie about it. That's why I banned him now.
