Scheduled Shutdown Window

Is it possible to make a window pop-up at a certain time every day like this:

The window will be there for 60 seconds with a cancel button coming up at a certain time each day. If the cancel button isn't pressed within the 60 seconds the computer will shut down, if it is pressed it will not shut down.

I want to use this to shut down my pc each night but don't want it to shut down if I'm using it at that time.
