I am looking for someone that can update my Scheduler class that I use to schedule tasks from times via the config.yml file OR to purchase a completely new class with similar methods. Everything works now but I'm sure it can definitely be updated to be more efficient. I will link the SchedulerUtils class and what the config section looks like.
