For an exclusive it would be cheap, but nonexclusive builds tend to be a lot cheaper, especially if there's no limit to the amount of buyers. If you're going to buy something that's non-exclusive for $20, you might as well get max value. And Max value means one of the really big fancy builds on places like schematicstore.
That's the main problem with non-exclusive selling, there's people whose builds are so popular they can ask ridic low prices when selling, cause they can be sure to make a very decent amount of money on them regardless
