Hello MC-Market!
Today I bring you an upcoming network that needs building from the ground up. Scorched Network is a server that is being built, for now the things that are done are the hub (it needs in some little work done like the navigator and some plugins but it can be finished at any time), discord is almost quite done just a little more elbow grease and it will be finished soon.
Handbooks are completed for staffs for them to read so they are well taught and professional. This server will also be running on 1.8.9 - 1.13 versions of Minecraft.
Again, this is still in the process I will be investing a lot in this server around $350-$1000 this includes the plugins, managers, and other things that will be sure to be payed off. Xenforo (Our website) will still need to be built. Now for the part where I ask you for your guys help.
I am requesting people who will want to be working with me on this project. People who are experienced in managing or tech will be payed, administrators and below like moderators helpers etc. will not be payed but will have the opportunity to be working with us through our long journey to success.

The Staff Positions That We Are Requesting
We are wanting people who has some experience with players rather than nothing at all. We want our players to have the best service! So, do add a resume or a portfolio that would help you during your hiring process.
[Manager] (FULL)
The manager will be handling our back end, he/she will be handling applications,our website, social media, events, and more when requested. This position requires a portfolio and past experience with other servers or current and must have time to work with us when needed.
[Administrators] (1 Requesting)
Our administrators will be the ones that would be active on both server and discord when needed. They will be handling our ban list, monitoring staff and players, and more. Like Managers they will be doing less work though since they will not be payed.
[Moderators] (4 Requesting)
Moderators are moderators, they will be watching our players and monitoring our staffs. They will also be handling help requests being made through our tickets in our discord server making sure everyone is doing aye okay.
[Helpers] (All that we can get)
Helpers will be there to help our players on the daily so we are requesting anyone not literally you must also have some experience dealing with players from other servers again we want our team to be perfect and have our players to be able to get help and serve them on what they need PROFESSIONALLY.
