Scoreboard *DEVELOPER NEEDED*

I would like to either purchase this or get a Developer who can do this.

I want a scoreboard that comes goes with a few plugins,
Combat Tag
Subside's Koth
Want the plugin to come with enderpearl cooldown
and Vault Ecomomy (Ping also)

Have you taken a look at the featherboard plugin, it has a lot of hooks into other plugins.
