I dont like how its setup and If i purchase it I wont have much money left cause im already broke. This shouldnt be more than $10 and maybe less its pretty simple for most developers
You can use QuickBoard and/or SpigotBoard, they don't have in game editing but they are free and easy to set up. They also have PAPI support.
I also just remembered why i put in game editing. I wanted to have /sb addline (timer) (text) <-- that is one of the main reasons aswell for the in game editing. end those 2 dont have that

LMAO, you aren't going to get anything good for under $10 in development. I also suggest you reconsider your budgeting and how those funds should be used:
If you are broke, I advise you look into free alternatives for such a simple task. You don't need an in-game editor for configuration, that is a luxury and should be one of the last things to reach.
Secondly, if you are looking at starting a successful server, especially in the over-saturated market, you have to bring not only something unique to the table but also the ability to generate traffic. Sadly, those both cost a lot of money. Consider taking up Java yourself. It is a relatively easy language to learn and a scoreboard gives you a perfect first project to get tangible results.
Just my two cents worth.
Obviously its gonna be $10 or a bit more but anything over $20 is just stupid (reminder its a scoreboard). idk what you would price yours but if you think that a scoreboard should be $20 or more you just want money. People are selling cores for 20-30 dollars with a scoreboard in it, I dont think the scoreboard is making up %70 of the price its probably the ranking system or the staff system or even the ban/kick system. hmmm but maybe you think different cause you want $$$$

You are ridiculous. The reason they can create a "core" and sell it for a smaller amount is due to the quantity they can sell. You are asking for a completely custom plugin that they won't be able to market elsewhere due to the plethora of current scoreboards. It's actually amusing. You don't understand monetization and marketing. You don't even understand the basics of server development based on what you have spewed so far. It isn't all about the money either, but I am saying that in reality, you need money to succeed this type of business. You need proper financial backing. Backing you clearly lack.
