Scoreboard & Tab API

Looking for a scoreboard & tab api, or a scoreboard api which works with BizarreAlex’s TabAPI. Preferably I want it to work similarly to Alex’s TabAPI where you have a class with

public String getTitle(Player player ) {}
public TabInfo getTabInfo(Player player) {}

and

public String getTitle(Player player) {}
public ArrayList<String> getLines(Player player) {}

I want this to work on 1.7.10 with 48 char support on the scoreboard. Both should update once every how many ticks is specified in the enable line

I would prefer it to be premade (may work slightly differently to how I said with the getTitle ect) but depending on the quality of your previous work I might be willing to pay more for a custom one.

Don’t really have a budget, please leave expected price for the work
