Script to spin up and delete browser tabs

Hello,

I am looking for someone to make me a fairly simple script to spin up and delete internet browser tabs. There should be a config where I can provide links, such as youtube videos for example, and the tabs will be opened to that video, played, and the tab will be closed after x amount of time (configurable)

I currently am testing some things for a project about youtube's algorithms and own a couple of HTTP proxies, so each tab would be its own IP address.

The goal of this would be to have 10-30 tabs open running the specified links, and after x amount of time deleting the tab and starting a new one.
