The job is fairly simple as a concept. You spend most of your time scouting for people with qualifications for open jobs at SpaceDelta. These open jobs can range from finding a senior moderator to finding an in-house creative director and animator.
In terms of workflow, I'll essentially be giving you a job that you have to fill with a new hire, and you'll be spending your hours researching candidates, gather their details into a spreadsheet with a pros and cons list, and interview each of them until the best possible candidate can be found. Rinse and repeat.
This is a highly paid job; You are expected to put in hours and work with the HR team. You are expected to log everything you complete and which days you'll be taking off. You are expected to produce results and generally adjust to company culture and what not.
If you are hired, you'll be able to enjoy a nice monthly salary with all the SpaceDelta benefits.
