I could definitely do this for you. I have tons of experience with kitpvp, and while I don't use McM that much, I am reputable on SpigotMC (I'll pm you my account there if you'd like). My time is pretty limited, so if you are interested I can start the project, and see if I have time to finish it, and after I'm done we can discuss a payment for the finished plugin. Id rather ensure a quality experience rather than just scamming you.
