I am the manager of a modded Faction server (MCP, not forge) which works very well every season in our country. And I am looking for collaborator in other countries of the world to open the server. The server is able to hold 350-400 players without lag, with jobs quests, ah, faction, KS etc. The server is very full in terms of content and dozens of new feature (items, GUI custom, machines, armor, plantation, & others) that make it unique. The server have an excellent gameplay, and I have high requirements regarding the services offered to players and the general management of the project, I am looking for mature people capable of having availability, knowing how to manage a server and capable of reaching a certain level of quality/service. The goal is to make money of course but not only that, we must offer a good server, rich in content and fluid. In terms of content, for example, we have a thing called "machines" (many), in particular a "harvester" machine, it's a block with a 3d modal, players put it on the chunk and 16 blocks high in the chunk he well be harvests and replants every plantation, the machine has a chest integrated into its interface and works with fuel (uranium), an ax that destroys wooden blocks (20 blocks max 1000 uses), an item that when you right click launches a projectile called a fraktal orb, the player hit are “stun” 2 seconds, a sword that has a 5% chance of giving you back 10% of your missing health Points with each hit, new creatures, NPC.. and all that with 0 plugins since it's done directly in the game code and it allows to keep an extreme fluidity for the server, the few examples given do not even represent 5% of the content and I haven't even mentioned the useful features yet (compass, custom f3, HUD armor and others directly integrated) there are many other things and even better things. You will be able to see details in PV.

Our role:
The price to join the project start at 1000€ (depending on the other offers..)
If you do not have the possibility of having the necessary funds to join the project and subsequently manage your part (com..)do not contact me.
In exchange, once you have joined the project, you will have 25% of the income generated by the server. The sharing well be make via Paypal or bank transfer (if our 2 countries allow it) we declare only our part of income to our State and we will give you your income, you can do what you want (But I recommend declaring to your state your income)
How much revenue can we expect?
Our worst version (with the least players or the most bugs) generated around €5,000 (month) And our best version generated around €27,000 (month). I can't show the details here but in PV I could show you a bit of the income generated.
Also keep in mind the fact that you JOIN the project, you are not admin or mod, you are FOUNDER, it will be your server, at the beginning at least one version together to make sure of your reliability we will not be able to make huge add/changes, but once this step is over you can request any update or change and we will do it (as far as possible and reasonable, for example, we are not going to coding a whole faction plugin because you want it..), but you have a certain weight and you can decide on the update etc. above I indicated that what concerns the graphics and the map are your role, concretely that means if you want for example a new mob, you will have to pay the 3d modal to whoever you want, send it to us, we will code it, and it will be in game.
Why do that ?
We know we have a good server, we know it's pretty much functional (it's not perfect, nothing's ever perfect), we know it's appreciated (at least in our country), but we can't open it to other countries without a local contact, each country has preferences and ways of playing the faction and also of seeing things, we don't know anything about youtubers or other influencers from other countries etc. .. With such potential it will be a big waste not to at least try. Then on your side it is very beneficial, we deliver you a server with a lot of gameplay which has already held 400players+ (at the same time) for only $1000+ and you don't even have to worry about the technical part

- Translating the server to your country language
- Management of the staff (recruitment, rules etc.)
- Com (pub with youtuber or others)
- Adapt the gameplay if necessary to the tastes of the players on your server (you tell us what to do and we will do it)
- Make animations if necessary, simply make the server live.
- Anything related to graphics or maps
Our role:
- We manage all the technical parts (launcher, plugin, client..)
- We manage all the site part (set up the site, the download links, the store, ... We only use CMS, coding sites is not our area of expertise)
- We manage all server & site machines (we pay 75% of all machine, so you have to pay 25%.The machines (all) cost around 350€-450€/month for a server with 800 players at the same time)
