We also have the option to use prefixes in Conversations which I use a lot, and hence it's hard for me to grab up stuff searching pages of conversations done, in the threads you click on this bar

And you get the thread sorted, I'd love to have an option like this for the conversations too.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

I agree. This would be useful. I tag some of my conversations with a "Designer" prefix and so on. Not having to scroll through my messages to find each one with that prefix would be helpful indeed.

This is already possible, you just cannot see the prefix bar at the top to easily filter them.

Click the prefix itself on a conversation, and it will filter by that prefix for you:

That is by clicking the Icon if you use some 2-3 prefixes let's say, and you have 20+ pages of convo without knowing where you last used the prefix, that's not helpful.

It has to be on the very top which makes it easier to browse.

Monarch exactly said this same thing.

Indeed, but from reading your above messages, I got the impression that you were unaware you could already search through conversation prefixes; maybe I've just misinterpreted that though.

If you want to search for a specific prefix, you can use the following URL with the prefix ID: https://www.mc-market.org/conversations/Index?avatars=no&prefix_id=

To get the prefix ID, navigate to https://www.mc-market.org/account/conversation-prefixes, click on the prefix you would like and you will find the ID in the URL.

That's something you can use for now, instead of finding the first occurrence of that prefix within your conversation history to click on it. It would be handy to bookmark that search URL, so you can get to it with one click.

If you're simply suggesting adding the prefix bar at the top of the conversation page to automate this, like threads are currently, then that's perfect.

Well I've been using that for that, and I will stick with your very last sentence.

At the moment we aren't planning to do any more development for our site until we can migrate to XF2 since we'll have to rewrite everything then. Perhaps once we move to XF2 and have fixed all the bugs that come with that and have more time for some new development we can work on this, but for the moment this isn't something that we can justify the development for.

Denied, thank you for the suggestion.
