Search someone very experienced, that can help me with optimalization.
My server have sometimes low TPS.

Hosting: OVH dedicated server

32GB DDR4 ECC 2666MHz
Intel Xeon-E 2136 - 6c/ 12t - 3.3GHz/ 4.5GHz
2x SSD NVMe 500GB Enterprise Class Soft RAID
1Gbps unmetered public bandwidth

MC server info:
1.15.2
Latest Paper spigot
Gamemode: Oneblock
10gb allocated ram.
