Sounds like a cheap business strategy to me, if you can even call what you guys are doing a business. Ripping hard working developers off by taking 10-15% on a commission lol.

We are not ripping them off. We work to get them the commissions, and we take a cut as a “finders” cut. Unlike other teams, we also provide them with resources to grow their business and market themselves well. Thank you for your concern.
