Searching for a Discord Manager and a Partnership Manager as well as other Staff

Hello, I own a discord called Socialized™ , it has recently died out a bit and I need staff to get it back. We currently have a little over 600 members but need staff so that we can keep the server active. I've started back up hosting giveaways and seeking out partnerships.

Partnership/Sponsorship Manager:
In a partnership manager I expect the utmost of professionalism as well as for them to be active consistently. Partnership managers will have 3 distinct jobs. The first and possibly most important will be to work with staff to keep the discord active. Secondly is to seek out partnerships for the discord(3-5 a week minimum). Then there is finding sponsors or advertisers. When a partnership manager finds a sponsor they get a 25% cut of the money. This only applies if the advertiser or sponsor mentions your name.

Discord Manager:
The discord manager will work with me to keep the server active. They will be in-charge of hosting events such a karaoke, rap battles, community polls, etc. They will also manage staff as well as manage the community in general. In return for this the Discord Manager will receive (Based on Performance) a monthly profit share equal to between 5-25%.

Other Staff:
Other staff are always needed to help keep the server active. Anyone who wishes to become a staff member may do so by PMing me
