Searching for a lead recruiter/talent acquisition specialist

Hey there everybody.

I'm looking for a recruiter (otherwise known as a talent acquisition specialist) to join our team. I don't typically hang out on MCM very often so if you have any questions please reach out to me on discord @VetheonGames#2461

Requirements:
Must be 18+
Must be willing to sign an NDA and Confidentiality Agreement
Must have a clean criminal record (this won't be tested currently but it might be in the future at the request of clients)
Must have never been convicted for a crime for which you have not been pardoned within the country of Canada
Must have good community standing within the Minecraft Community as well as having a good reputation within the general online gaming community (Aka, not known on MCM for scamming or on discord for raiding servers)
Must be very personable. Recruiters will be responsible for helping us build the heart of our team, so you will be new team members first point of contact and therefore their first impression of our team and community
Must be respectful and mature (Disagreements happen. Arguments even. However, they must always remain civil and respectful)
Must be able to do a Voice Interview on Discord (required)


Additional notes:
This is a long-term position that starts as a volunteer but will progress to a salaried position in time.
Requirements set out above are minimum for acceptance. Working experience in talent acquisition, experience in a startup environment, and a general understanding of corporate structure is considered an asset but is not required for acceptance.
