Searching for a Network Manager (50,000 Members) Commission based (average monthly project income 4,000-6,000)

Unfortunately, due to the complexity of the project I'm in desperate need of a proper Network Manager who has more to offer than AI slop, and empty promises.

We run and maintain a discord network pushing 60,000 Members.

The Right Manager would be happy to work on Commission, at the peak the project earns $4000-$6000 a month.

We would be happy to split with upto 30% of that for the right person. The network is related to minecraft.
