Searching for a Partner to create a pixelmon server

Hey MCMarket! I'm Exodus otherwise known as xRqze in game. I'm looking to open a Pixelmon server, A little information about myself

- I'm currently 22 years of age

- I have developed over 10 servers privately and configured myself for friends and have much experience in setting up, configuring, and operating servers

- I have over 11 years of experience in server moderation and development between Minecraft, Garry's Mod, and Rust

- I'm highly experienced in server management and administration but not so much marketing and advertising, I truly hope whoever my partner is in this specializes in advertising and is capable to bring the server player-base up.

What I'm looking for in a Co-Owner of the server
- I want partial investments in the server, I will cover all server operating costs, and partial advertising costs for partnerships with content creators etc, but I would like the other person to contribute to this advertising cost as well.

- All contributions towards server advertisement will be returned as a % commission in donations on the server. If you contribute 50/50 with advertising, you will get a full refund on your personal contributions and 40% of all profits beyond server operating costs (This is a rate for advertising and marketing as well as help in moderation, but can be negotiated depending on your overall effort put in.

- If you are looking to help with the setup you can, otherwise I'm more than willing to take the development side on my own, but once again commissions of donations are entirely based on your contributions towards the work as I'm the one paying for the upkeep and operation of the server
