Searching for a partner to help with a compeitive faction server

Hello, everybody, after a few good partnerships and a lot of bad ones I am looking for another. I like partnerships because it allows multiple minds to work on a similar goal, gaining new perspectives on everything. I currently have 2 other partnerships I am a part of and I plan to stay with them and this one for the long term, I'm hoping to find someone who shares that same goal.
I have a lot of options to offer to whoever partners with me, I am 19, I can dedicate 6+ hours a day working on the server, I have a lot of connections with youtubers as well as service providers. I have already gotten most of the work done server wise, I have a custom core made, I have 10+ other custom plugins that can be used, I have 2 domains that are faction oriented with graphics, I have loads of builds that are exclusive to me that can be used, I have an email list of 80 dedicated faction players and a discord with 250+ faction players and YouTubers, I have 1 video paid to jagnole and have contacts with lots of other YouTubers.

Requirments:
Faction Knowledge (You must be knowledgeable about the gamemode itself and know how it operates.)
Dedication (I would like to talk to you a lot on discord or skype, 6+ hours a day. I would like you to be able to dedicate 3+ to actual work.)
Special Skills/Money (If you are a quick and bug-free configurator, a developer that can make a bug-free plugin, or if you up to $400 we can make a deal. Other skills are excepted these are just examples.) *only need 1, the more the merrier.​

Well, special skills? I don't take long to configurate a plugin. I do it professional. Also, I can do some building, ive actually gotten paid $40+ on a kitpvp server map.

I bought the logo and domain, that is a separate server though so no need to worry about it
