I first make the plugin that you want and if its done I let you on a test server to check if everything is okay and if it is you pay me and I send the plugin

Well, I'm requesting a vouch copy to check if it's fine.


Vouch Copy - Gives out the plugin to a reputable member and they rate it with a vouch. Vouch = It works fine, or no damages, etc.. It's to check if there are any bugs or if it's damaged. In this case, it's to check if you can actually code a plugin considering the fact that you are new year with +0 ratings.
