Searching for a Sys Admin for MC 1.16.5 version

Hello there,

Our network have some issues on one of our servers, Survival 1.16.5. TPS random goes low, and the server freeze and have many lag spikes, but it's having sufficient RAM memory allocated and sufficient CPU cappacity allocated.
The CPU is not the problem, nor ram or storage.
We are searching for a Sys admin who will might be able to solve our issue. Our budget is not expensive/much, but we are sure we can find a solution!
