Searching for an Experienced Plugin Developer

I am currently looking for a developer to do some plugins for a server. We're only currently looking for a couple of plugins. As a result of this, you will be paid on a comission basis- more like freelance work. However, I have made a list of the requirements in which I expect of a developer:

Developer Requirements

• Programming experience: Minimum 3 years in Java, Minimum 2 years using the Spigot and Bukkit API. Must also be able to use SQL to store information within the plugin.
• General server experience, ideally Factions experience.
• You must also be fluent in the English language.

PS: I do not want a service team, so please, do not contact me if you're going to offer me work from your service team as I am not interested.
