Searching for junior developer (Paid on hourly rate)

I'm currently seeking an aspiring junior developer to join our development firm that works for numerous large projects within the gaming community. We are specifically looking for a junior developer because we would love to give some new guys the opportunity to work with a full development team and further there skills along with give them the chance to be paid for it.

Requirements:

• Must already know the basics of SpigotAPI
• Have experience operating an IDE
• Have previous work they can provide us on contact
• Clear understanding of minecraft servers and how they operate
• Willing to work within a team and complete assigned tasks
