Searching for server to help

- My goal -
I seek to help a server that would like to grow and be dedicated. I am hard working, and love to help servers and see them grow.

- My Strong Points -
I have quite a few abilities that are always helpful for being staff on a server. I am always willing to help, I will not complain about having to do something reasonable if asked. I am a very fast learner, I usually only have to see something done once or twice and will catch on quickly. Some of my better attributes are my abilities to know what plugins are good or not, and I can tell when someone is hacking, even with a ghost client I know how to check their logs to look if they are running a client. I will always respect players and staff of higher or lower power, I don't ever look at the players rank to decide to listen to them or not, I will always listen to questions, requests, and reports. I know how to work with plugins really well and can configure them to work properly if not already doing so. If they are working fine but need to be configured to look better, I can do that as well.

- My Weaknesses -
I have some weaknesses, but I am working to overcome them. I do not know how to create plugins yet, I am learning to really soon most likely though. I am sometimes away due to school, but when I get home I can be on for a long time, this may soon be fixed because I will soon be getting home schooled. I can't stand when someone constantly breaks the rules over and over on purpose, if they are doing it on accident and I know they are, I will be more sympathetic, but if someone is doing it just to be annoying, I usually get frustrated at them fast.
