With our E3 1270v2 CPU running at 3.5Ghz, 1333Mhz memory, our 2xChronos Deluxe MX 120GB SSDs in Software RAID 1, and very low "sharing", they all adds up to as lag free afford ably can buy!
-Answers tickets in less than 12-6 hours
We are able live up to these standards and try our best to do even better. We will do our best to actually help out than wasting your time going back to back and ending up being days for the actual resolution.
-free or cheap dedicated ip

Our average ticket replies are within one hour. However our live chat and skype support can help you if your in a time based schedule. We offer dedicated ip's for $1.50 each, however to save you money we recommend using an srv record and we would love to help you set that up, or you can use a subdomain under us.Our price matches at $10 for 4gb ram with unlimited slots. Finally we did make the panel user friendly to cooperate with all the commands.
Also if your expanding to a network we do offer setup for bungee completely free.

We also have a 10% discount currently (XYZ) which brings it down to $10.80 for your first month which can help you out. You also stated you wanted a dedicated IP which we charge $5.00 one-time fee but can get it For free if you contact us in advance.
In terms of support we help install plugins and help with suggesting some. We also help fix any errors if some pop up.
