Hi, I'm Thomas.

I'm looking to increase my reputation as a plugin developer. I'm an experienced Java programmer, but big name server networks won't hire me because they are disappointed in the amount work I have to show. This is because I've only published one plugin and all the networks I have worked for in the past are now dead. I need more examples of my work so I can create a decent portfolio that I will need for the future.

About me:

• 16 years old
• Started coding in 2011 (C++)
• Have been actively coding Java since 2013.
• Have been actively coding with the Bukkit API since late 2013.
• I can do just about anything with Bukkit, and if I can't I can easily learn.
• I am capable of using external API's, creating databases (MySQL and MongoDB), and working with a team.
• I am very knowledgeable with Minecraft in general. (Joined BETA 1.3 in early 2011, attended Minecon 2013)
• I have Skype, Teamspeak, and a working microphone.

I've worked with a lot of idiots. I have some pet peeves that bug me to the point where I want to quit. So because I just might be working for free, I would appreciate that you at least:

• Keep things organized.
• Respect that I have others things in life that are more important then developing for you.
• Respond to questions I have about the project within a decent time period. Just don't let me work an entire feature only to know that you wanted it done differently.

I am close to finishing my first job, and won't take any more offers until this weekend. I've been getting a lot of offers recently, so I thought it would be worth it to say that I prefer not to take any more free offers. My latest plugin will be a great example for my upcoming portfolio, and I think I'll have enough when I take my next job.
