Second hand, with free time on their hands. / Looking for a staff ish

I'm Christoffer.

I have worked alone for the past like 5 years if not more.
And owned servers alone, and i mean like no staffs at all. I have owned a few good Survival based server and owned alot of modded with a lot of active players, and as i myself hate pvp based servers. I don't even play it myself!!​

So what i am looking for, is kinda a second hand per say. I am a community guy, i dont care about making money from Minecraft servers. So i need someone who have a similar mindset when it comes to being part of having a minecraft server.​

I have exerince is alot related to minecraft server:

• - Hosting/Backend: This is Mainly how to control and use the hardware the servers are running on.
• - Little background in plugins, i have mainly made mods!
• - I'm a 8 year old Medival Builder, all my servers use my builds.
• - Plugin Config/setups. I do all the configs and idea generations alone, i have bought setups to see how this is done. As sometimes that is cheaper for me, then to hire another guy to do it for me.
• - Multitasking: I work night shifts, people call me a robot for being able to answer fast and being the sole staff active always and the only staff!
• - Personally: I have Autism, not the one that is noticeable. But i have some skills that enable me to work the way i do.
• - Support: I have owned a few hosting companies, some that died some that succeded. And i have worked for few companies and bigger minecraft servers. That has died now, as they are big years ago. Mainly modded.

---- I dont expect you to be able to do the same things!

Then i need you to be grown up, NOT as it YOU HAVE TO BE over 18!!
I just want you to have a grown up mindset, be able to handle players the right way and try and solve the problems. Sometimes it can be impossible, and action has to be taken. nothing wrong with that!
But i have personally found out, if i go in and personally talk with the player or players. It's much better and the result is great as well.​

I am not able to pay in any way, if the server starts having a small income. I will be using that for giveaways for the community. Because i love giving back!
But i will still be rewarding the person who choose to want to work with me.​

One big RULE. Don't be rude to anyone, even if they're being Rude to you. Handle with care and just take action. If there is something personally going on, and you dont want to handle it. Let me take over!​

And if you have nothing positive to say. Please just leave it be, some might see this posting as funny. But i am serious and i hope you can accept that!

Moderating is fine as well, i just feel like everytime i work on something. It's hard to everything by yourself, and specially moderating can be time consuming. When your working on fixing either an issue for the server or something else!
