Secondary Owner/COO for Setups Team

Hey! As the title suggests, I'm looking for a Secondary Owner or COO (Chief Operations Officer) for a Setups Team I'm trying to get going. I want this team to be different than the rest, so I'm really looking for someone professional yet easy-going, and someone who can bring good ideas to the table in terms of management, community interaction, and overall team growth. You aren't required to invest any sort of monetary value, however, if you would like to make that choice to benefit the team and it's counterparts you would be more than welcome to do so and it would be more than appreciated.
