Section for 2/3 letters

Let's say you've got a 3 letter, it doesn't mean anything so it's not semi or anything. But you can't sell it in any of the sectiond. Shouldn't There be a section for 1-3 letters?

I'm sure you can manage to squeeze it in OG or Semi somehow.
It's not like there are all that many 1-3 letter accounts that go through these forums, so creating another section for it would be overkill.

If we take ob2 that's not semi nor OG wont I get a warning if I post it in the wrong section?

If you're that worried about your name not being OG enough, and getting warnings, talk to Doge Or another moderator who can determine if your account gets accepted.

1-2 letters go in the OG section because there are so few of them making them valuable.

Random 3 letters are pretty much worthless and people will just use it to bypass the "no regular/stolen accounts" rule by changing the name of a random phished account to it. Then once it gets taken back, scam reports are made and it's a hassle to deal with.
