Section for selling accounts for Premiums/Supremes

I think Premiums/Supremes have their own section for selling accounts. It will help to protect them as sellers. Only Premiums and Supremes should be able to see the threads, to protect them from just regular users. It would help us to protect our accounts from Marc_IRL.

I personally think it would be a better idea to make a small messages/rating requirement, so you'd have to get like 10-25 messages before you could post/view in the "marketplace" section, etc. Rather than having people pay, since not all of us can.

I may be mistaken, but I think I heard Mick was going to be picking some new staff, meaning it would be similar to a different forums (Hint: Spi*ot) where the mods just check the most recent posts, and make sure that they're not just bulk posting (spamming.)

Best is to get mods that will be monitoring a certain section of the forum.

Well, if we only allow people to post in certain areas once they've reached a certain post count, then the mods would only have to monitor the places they're allowed to post in (most likely "General Discussion, etc")
They probably shouldn't be able to view the "Marketplace" unless they've reached that "post count", since "Marc" could just check there easily.
