See TNT allows you to enable or disable client side rendering of TNT

I am in need of a TNT Plugin, that allows you too disable and enable to see the Prime TNT or Sand entities. With one command such as /tnttoggle.
What does it do?
TNTtoggle disables seeing TNT or sand entities, but you do see TNT explosions and sand block updates.

I think its possible using something like ProtocolLib because most practice plugins use it to hide splash potions in arenas from players so I think it might work with tnt?
